How It Works

Get MRPI measures on your own data with few clicks

Upload Data

Upload your image sequence in a zip folder. The system automatically checks each image and its metadata and gives you a feedback. The system works on most of the T1 weighted sequences. For more information about the correct data formats, please visit the help page

Process

Once your sequence is properly loaded, the system automatically starts to process it. The process can take several hours depending on the quality of the images and the system load. You can check the progress of your submitted process at this page, once you are logged in. The system will notifity you by mail as soos as a task is completed

Check Results

A simple report is generated for each submitted sequence. You can check the report online or download it in pdf format.

Policy

Each User is allowed to submit no more than 4 subjects per month. Users who are interested in submitting a large number of images must present to Prof. Quattrone (mrpiunicz@gmail.com) a brief description of the proposed scientific project, including: (i) Aim of the study; (ii) Sample size; (iii) Intention to publish results of the analysis in indexed journals. After a positive evaluation of the scientific proposal, the upload limit will be removed.
